Hide geographies that are not part of a territory

This article describes how to filter a map layer to show only geographies that belong to a territory.

1. You can select to show only territories on map from ‘Manage map and data’ dialog. Follow these instructions to open that dialog:
   1. Open Map & Data window if it is not already open. Click Map & Data tab centered on the left side of map
   2. In the Map & Data window move mouse pointer over map layer and click gear icon that will appear. Choose a map layer that matches the base used to design the territories. For example, if you have designed the territories by ZIP code then click gear icon for the ZIP codes layer.
   

2. In ‘Manage map and data’ dialog select General vertical tab.
   
   Select Territories and check ‘Filter data on map’ box.

3. You must get a map view similar to one below.
